Mayflower Care provides community-based residential services (CILA) for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who also require complex medical care.Our homes are designed for people who need consistent nursing coordination, medication oversight, or help managing ongoing health conditions. We promote individual's dignity and quality of life, all within a safe, home-like environment.We serve Illinois residents in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs including Cook, Lake, DuPage, McHenry, Will and Kendall counties.
